If you’d like to nominate someone for the Referee of the Year award please review the criteria below, then simply complete and submit your nomination information via email. (HINT: Links to nomination forms are below. Simple fill one out completely, then just email it to us with the nominee’s picture attached!)

The Candidate must have been active in refereeing USASA-sanctioned games in the past 12 months and should be considered for the Regional Referee of the Year for the following reasons: (NOTE: all fields are required and please don’t forget to email a photo of the nominee to us with the nomination form.)
